HOW QUICKLY THEY PASS

...the weeks that is.  It is pretty amazing that 2 old returnees/retirees can find so much trouble and fun to get into in such a short time.  We are re-establishing Drs. and Dentists and have had a few visits this week to get us back into tip-top shape!! (we wish)  The weather has been pretty amazing for February so we have enjoyed being out and about.
This week was our YW New Beginnings and it turned out very nice with about 40 attending.  We have such an amazing group of girls with good attitudes and so much fun to be with.  The leaders  (both young and older) are also really fun to work and plan with.

We had our "play date" with Kaipo this week and were thoroughly amused with his comments and questions.  He is such a smart boy and certainly says exactly what is on his mind; ie.  "sometimes I am a good boy and sometimes a bad boy-- but more bad than good".   Later at lunch when he was trying to make points with a cute little girl in the playland his come-on was "so, can you tie your shoes?"
No one is quite so unique as Kaipo; as was our day together at the Treehouse Museum and lunch.

Our great friends and companions in Bangalore, Debbie and Jack Eichelberger stopped by for a visit this week.  We spent many-a-time together trying to make sense of the things we were attempting to do as missionaries.   It was so fun to see them again and talk about our grand adventures and the people we all love in India.

We were invited to be helpers at a Valentines Party in Ame's first grade class.  We were such good masters at Valentine Bingo and served up some scrumptous  ice cream sundaes.  Lots of fun and excitement going on there.

We had a really fun  "Valentines-Eve" with Jason and LeAnne,  Karli and Chris and Brittany and Quinn.   They were kind enough to invite us to tag along for a yummy dinner at Tepanyakis. (sp?) Of course it was a delicious meal and wonderful company.  If it only seems that we are having fun and partying , you are pretty much on the mark--so what is wrong with that senerio?!?

Our neighbors own Tempanyaki. It is so good- we love to go there. The kids really love it too- they are big shrimp eaters. It looks like you are enjoying your time at home:)
