Sorry Quinn, got you blinking.
We are thankful to be able to once again be a part of these special family occasions.
Also this weekend we helped two munchkins celebrate their birthdays; Ryan turned 6 and Ella is now 2. (yikes, look out) We enjoyed a good birthday lunch with the family and LeAnne's parents. There is never a dull moment when you get 10 under 10 together for a party.
And last but certainly not least was our special "date night" with Ame. We enjoyed Tooth Fairy together and then had dinner at her place of choice IHOP (we tried to lead to other places but honored her wish). Then we had a fun sleepover with Valentine and cake making. Some sweet memories made that night.
So we are glad to admit that this grandparenting is just as fun as ever!

gosh, it sure is GREAT having you guys home. didn't even realize how much i had missed you until seeing you with the kids now. what a blessing for them all to have you two in their lives. and us to! love you!
I love your one-on-one grandparent dates with your grandkids! What a great idea. Wish I lived close enough to do that. Savannah and Cooper are flying out here in just a month to spend a few days during Spring Break. Can't wait! So glad you are adjusting to civilian life and enjoy your magnificent family.
